REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Damaged/Wrong Products:
If, by any chance, you receive a damaged or wrong product, don’t fret. Just shoot us an email (along with your order details) at [email protected] requesting an exchange, and attach clear images of the product displaying its condition. Our exchange policy lasts for 48 hours from the time of product receipt. If 48 hours have elapsed since you received your product, regrettably, we won’t be able to offer you an exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with all packaging and tags intact. It must also be in its original packaging. Upon inspection, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup and replace the product promptly.

Refund for Product Returns: 
In the unlikely event that you’re not satisfied with our product and wish to return it, just drop us an email (with your order details) at [email protected] requesting a refund. Our refund policy lasts for 48 hours from the time of product receipt. If 48 hours have passed since you received your product, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

Please note that certain product categories are not eligible for returns, including customized products, gift hampers, and wall art frames/art prints.

How to Return the Product: 
You should mail your product to the specified address provided in the email you receive for your refund request. Ensure that your item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with all packaging and tags intact. The package must be securely packaged to prevent any damage or loss during transit and should reach the warehouse in its original form. You will be responsible for bearing the shipping costs for returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Sale Items (if applicable): 
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded

Cancellation Policy: 
If you have a change of heart and wish to cancel your order, just drop us an email (with your order details) at [email protected] requesting a cancellation. We’ll deduct a transaction charge of 2% from the order value and issue you a refund. Please note that cancellation is only possible if the product hasn’t been shipped from our end.

Anti-Fraud Policy: 
Customers claiming missing items or damaged products will be required to provide an unedited unboxing video. The video must clearly show that the package is unopened from all sides and include the opening of the package.
